Proper cleaning of the car cockpit

The cockpit should be regularly freed from dust, fingerprints, and dirt, as deposits build up particularly quickly here. A soft microfiber cloth combined with a special cockpit cleaner is best suited. This cleans gently, prevents streaks, and protects plastic surfaces from drying out. You should avoid aggressive household cleaners, as they can damage materials.

Regular car interior cleaning

How often an interior cleaning is necessary depends on the use of the vehicle. For daily use, a thorough cleaning is recommended approximately every 2–4 weeks. Minor dirt such as dust on the dashboard or crumbs should be removed in between. Regular maintenance also contributes to maintaining the car's value.

Car care products for the interior

For thorough interior car care, a combination of a vacuum cleaner, microfiber cloths, and special car interior cleaners is recommended. Different materials such as plastic, leather, fabric, and glass require tailored cleaning products to remain clean and protected in the long term. Household cleaners are usually unsuitable for this purpose.

Perform car interior cleaning yourself

Professional equipment is not necessary for interior cleaning. Seats, floor mats, cockpit, and windows can be effectively cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, microfiber cloths, interior cleaner, and glass cleaner. It's important to work from top to bottom and to treat delicate surfaces like displays with particular care.
