When will my order be shipped?

If payment is received by 12 p.m., your order will be shipped on the same working day. The order will then be shipped the next working day.

My item is defective - what can I do?

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

Once we have handed your order over to the delivery service, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email.

Where is my order?

Please check the tracking to see where your order is or if it was delivered to a neighbor. You received the tracking number by email.
