Application note:
In order to ensure good curing of the seal, the vehicle / headlight should be left in the sun for at least 2 hours after application and then allowed to dry for at least 24 hours. Alternatively, a commercially available UV lamp can be used.

What do I have to consider at the end when applying the UV sealant?
Please make sure that the headlight is completely transparent, cleaned and dry after polishing. Then, using a clean sponge, apply the "Step 3" UV sealant evenly to the headlight in the shade/garage. Now wait 10-15 minutes so that the liquid is evenly distributed on the headlight. Then place your vehicle in direct sunlight for approx. 2-3 hours so that the UV protective liquid cures quickly and no dust accumulates. Alternatively, a standard UV lamp can be used for curing (not included). A car wash is possible again after approx. 24 hours. -
My headlight looks worse after treatment than before, what can I do about it?
If your headlights are still smeared despite following the instructions, you can sand off the UV protection fluid again and repeat the application. -
How many headlights can be processed with the kit?
The kit is designed for the preparation/polishing of 2 headlights. -
What speed should the cordless screwdriver be set to?
Set the cordless screwdriver to a slow speed for the work steps. -
Can I also use it to polish my taillights?
No! Our ATG headlight preparation set is only suitable for use with front headlights made of plastic, acrylic glass or Plexiglas. -
